About Us

Back in late 2019, we were chatting about our favorite hobby — traveling — and dreaming of the places we wanted to explore next. We had always booked our own trips but often wished we had someone knowledgeable to guide us and answer our questions. When we searched for local travel agencies, we discovered that most had closed their storefronts and shifted to home offices scattered across the country.

That sparked an idea: Why not start our own?

From there, the research began. We quickly realized that with the right investment, training, and dedication, we could turn our dream into reality. After months of online training and carefully choosing the right partners, we set a launch date. In February 2020, we secured our license and partner list — and Pinnacle Travel was officially born!

Of course, the pandemic almost ended our journey before it began. But instead of giving up, we used that time to dive deeper into learning, preparing, and perfecting our ability to serve our customers.

Today, we are proud to welcome you to Pinnacle Travel. We’re more than just a travel agency — we’re a family excited to help you plan your adventures, answer your questions, and create unforgettable experiences.
