It was late 2019 when we were discussing our hobby of traveling and where we wanted to go next.  We had always done our own booking for our trips and wished we had someone knowledgable to answer questions.  We searched for travel agencies near us but most had done away with store fronts and moved to home offices across the country.  Why don’t we start our own?  That’s when the research began and we learned it was possible to make it a reality with an investment and lots of training.  After months of online training and several back and forth decisions on which partners were the right fit we set a start date.  February 2020 we paid for license and secured our partner list.  Pinnacle Travel was born!  While the pandemic nearly ended our venture before it took off we had plenty of time to master and prepare even more to assist our customers.  Welcome to our company and family and we look forward to assisting you!
