Owner/ Lead Agent

Stephen is the owner and Main agent for Pinnacle Travel Group. Together with his wife Cherity they started the business in 2019. Stephen is accredited with IATAN and holds many credentials and certificates. He specializes in All inclusive vacations, cruise groups, and Europe. His love for travel and helping others find what’s best for them is his main goal. “Its not what I like but what the client wants” is his main statement to clients new and old.

Co-Owner / Agent / Marketing

While Cherity is a full fledged agent she does many things in the “Travel House”  to keep things in check.  She does the accounting and marketing to keep the office up and going.  She plays a vital part of the day to day operations.
Her favorite places are Aruba, Grand Cayman, and anyplace with a perfect beach.

Hi, I’m Russell!  I believe every journey should be as unique as the person taking it—whether that’s a solo escape, a romantic getaway for two, a family adventure, or a luxury experience you’ll never forget. I’ve spent most of my career in Leadership with Global brands, from Starbucks Coffee to Apple. My background in leadership and consulting taught me how to listen closely, understand goals, and create tailored solutions—skills I now bring to travel planning. I have a special love for Disney travel (truly magical, even as a Disney adult) and the magic it brings to families, the Pacific coast of Mexico, where relaxation and adventure meet, and the stunning landscapes of Ireland.
